The Michigan Marijuana Legalization Initiative is on the ballot in Michigan as an indirect initiated state statute on November 6, 2018.[1]

A "yes" vote supports legalizing the recreational use and possession of marijuana for persons 21 years of age or older and enacting a tax on marijuana a.

 

A "no" vote opposes legalizing the recreational use and possession of marijuana for persons 21 years of age or older and enacting a tax on marijuana sales.
